Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

FlashThreads (MyrivicsIQ) provides digital educational and productivity services, including flashcard decks, AI-assisted content generation, and the Spark subscription plan. We do not ship any physical goods or merchandise.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Instant access: Upon successful payment via Razorpay, Spark features are typically activated immediately in the Application.
• Confirmation: You will receive an in-app confirmation when Spark is activated. A PDF invoice may be emailed to your registered account email when email delivery is enabled.
• Delayed activation: In rare technical cases where access is not granted immediately, activation will occur within 24 hours. If not, contact us with your Razorpay Payment ID.

3. Shipping Charges

All services are delivered electronically through the FlashThreads Android application. There are no shipping or handling charges.

4. Free Plan

Free-tier features (manual decks, review, limited AI generations, cloud sync) are available upon account creation without payment. No delivery step is required.

5. Contact for Delivery Issues

If you have not gained access to Spark within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us at contactus@myrivicsiq.com or support@myrivicsiq.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID
• Date and amount of payment
